Despite CRT having enough signatures to put the referendum on the ballot, Draper City has not responded to actions in court.  Also, UTA has moved up the timetable for building the TRAX line to 18 months !!!

We Need To Make Our Voices Heard NOW !!!

1. Attend the Rally Wednesday Before the Draper City Open House

The media will be there.

We need every person to show up to let Draper know we don't want Trax through our neighborhoods.

3. At the Open House Give UTA and the City Council Verbal and Written Comments

a.     We want the Referendum

b.     We support the State Street route or connecting to Front Runner at 100th S.

2. Contact the City Council & UTA

Tell them that we demand our right to a referendum

vote, and to stop delaying the process.

Tell UTA that an accelerated priority and timetable for this project is unacceptable.
